Qualstride is operated by Tzong-Yi (Jack) Lin, carrying on business as Qualstride, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. When you use this website or contact us, we are the data controller for the personal information you provide.

When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL (if provided), company and role (if provided), and the message you send. We do not collect payment information through this website.
When you submit the calender booking form on our website, we collect your name, email address, team size, QA journey, AI usage, and desired outcome (if provided).
We may also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL) through our hosting provider, calendar booking platform, and video meeting platform for security and performance purposes.
3. How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we begin working together, to manage our professional relationship. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information to any third party.
4. How long we keep it
Contact form and calendar booking submissions are retained for up to 24 months. If we enter into a services agreement, we retain relevant records in accordance with applicable Canadian tax and business laws (typically seven years).
5. Your rights (Canada and beyond)
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law, you have the right to request access to your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, and withdraw consent to our use of your information.
